What we need from you: Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude.  We are seeking a highly-detailed and self-motivated professional to join our team. In this position, you will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.  A customer-oriented approach is essential. 

You will play a key role by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. You should be comfortable undertaking a variety of activities in the office, including greeting customers, organizing documents, and more. Reliability and a strong work ethic combined with great communication skills are a must, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office.


Tasks will include:

•         Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere

•         Manage all matters pertaining to reception/office appearance

•         Coordinates calendar, including meetings and conference rooms

•         Organize catering, coffee, or other refreshments as needed

•         Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail as well as prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc).

•         Develops strong relationships with team members, fostering a positive environment

•         Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

•         Maintains a clean, organized and stocked kitchen area

•         Assists other departments with administrative or clerical support

•         Take up other duties as assigned


Job Requirements


•         High school diploma; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred

•         Attentional to Detail

•         Strong communication & people skills

•         Ability to prioritize independently

•         Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities (works well in a fast-paced environment)

•         Proficient computer skills; excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook and Word) is a must

•         Proficient in English (oral and written)

•         Willingness to learn and grow in the company

•         Problem-solving skills
