Who we are looking for…

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with strong time management skills, organization, good work ethic, and flexibility.  Some benefits are included, and will begin on the first of the month following your hire date. In this role you will:

•         Be the first point of contact for all clients for both in person and over the phone

•         Receptionist for office overseeing all incoming calls and transferring to appropriate parties

•         Resolves Administrative Problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions

•         Provides information to clients & team members by research, answering questions & concerns

•         Maintains Supply Inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

•         Marketing responsibilities such as direct mailing and special projects

•         Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.

•         Open and close the Office

•         Maintain Client documents

•         Create and send out Thank You Notes and gifts

•         Oversee Office Maintenance 

•         Ordering Office Lunches

•         Assist with Special Projects and Events

•         Update and maintain Client contact information

•         Delivery of gifts (As needed)

Job Requirements

What you'll need to be successful…

Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you’ll need the following qualifications:

•        MS Office and data entry skills are a must

•        Any finance industry knowledge is a plus

•        Knowledge of how to operate printers/scanners/fax machines

•        Must be reliable and proactive
