Job Description

Primary FocusHelp originate/structure loans and convert leads to closings, manage pipeline/loan process, communicate with clients and referral partners and help convert more leads into closings.

3 Top Job Duties:


1.      Manage Leads/Pipeline, Turn Times & Locks, Back up LP1s, Processing, & LP2



•        Monitor leads, locks, appraisals, loan objection deadlines, closings



•        Monitor/track leads, running numbers, PQLS and Refi No PQL progress to ensure we are hitting standards



•        Daily status meetings to ensure we’re on track to deliver Wow + 1 Raving Fan Service



•        Measure and report progress to the team



•        Review docs



•        Pre-underwrite and issue Conditional Approval



•        Back up on disclosures/Under Contract Checklist. Reviewing CDs



•        Launch file to processing (after pre-launch)



•        Follow up on docs after pre-launch



•        Back up on Tuesday Update/Pre-Closing Blitz Calls


2.      Manage/Develop Team/Hold team accountable



•        Team Meeting/Gap Analysis and Review



•        Set up weekend coverage



•        Approve time cards



•        Complete LIP Pipeline and Loan Review Meeting Y/N Checklist (high level)



•        Help structure challenging deals



•        Reach out to Production Support



•        Leader Replacement


o   Knows all Realtors


o   Can take lead/application and run with it


o   Can run team fully


3.      Deliver WOW +1 Raving Fan Service



•        2 Handwritten notes daily



•        Ask for CCRs



•        Thursday calls to agents


Additional:



•        Maintain current knowledge of underwriting guidelines


o   Team’s go-to person; understands processing/underwriting inside and out


o   Study UW and operations guidelines


o   Maintain positive, open relationship with underwriting


o   Help find creative ways to structure deals to get them CLOSED



•        Pipeline Meetings


o   Daily Team/Pipeline Meetings


o   Create and manage system to ensure consistent follow up and daily team priorities are met


o   Identify areas for process/system improvement, implement improvements



•        Complete On-time each month


o   Evaluate/ID areas for improvement, create systems to ‘one-time things’ and increase personal/team efficiency


o   Set quarterly and monthly goals for team


o   STANDARD:  4 hours per month
